Perfect session for kids looking to start squash or hone their game. All sessions begin with a fun warm up including team games for movement & coordination, balance routines and learning to activate players muscles. We will build on swing foundations, develop technique, increase tactical awareness via drills and condition games. Players will also being to develop mental awareness, strategies and strength through matchplay.

All sessions begin with a fun warm up including team games for movement & coordination, balance routines and help all participants get a deeper understanding of their own bodies and build the connection between mind and body. Programming will include short and long term goal setting, will challenge individuals to get a better understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses - using squash as a tool to discover more about themselves, building mental strength and becoming better equipped to deal with high pressure situations, both on and off the court.
